Ltd in order to reduce the increasing dissatisfaction of tourists while travelling in several areas of Nepal. Ramesh Khanal
Ramesh Khanal was born in Northwestern Nepal in the shadow of two great mountains, Mt Ganesh and Mt Manaslu. “These impressing mountains have always captured my imagination and motivated me not just to explore but to study tourism as well,” says Ramesh. After finishing his higher school studies in 2008, Ramesh began his career in Nepal Tourism where he gained much experience in tour planning and operations.
Gyanu Bhatta
Gyanu is from Gorkha with a wealth of experience in the industry. He began his career in 1996 as a porter carrying heavy loads for trekkers. Later he became a camping and expedition cook and then graduated to the role of trekking leader with experience in both Nepal and Tibet. He has vast trekking experience in many popular areas of Nepal including Annapurna, Everest region, Langtang – as well as the more remote places such as Upper Mustang, Upper Dolpo, Kanchenjunga and Manaslu regions.Gyanu is a highly accomplished guide with great dedication to duty and a fine sense of humor set him apart. He has government qualifications in First Aid, Responsible Tourism and English language.
Kiran Khanal
Mr. Kiran Khanal, executive director of Broad Adventure, started his career in tourism sector as an assistant trekking guide. His great passion for trekking, dedication on his job, hard-working nature and keen interest to learn new things helped him to gain remarkable knowledge in this field and established himself as an expert in tourism. With good command in various languages such as English, French and Hindi, he finds no difficulties in dealing with his clients. Apart from this, Mr. Khanal has participated successfully in various trainings held by Nepal government and other non-government organizations relating mountain trekking such as trekking guide, map reading, adventure tourism and advanced wilderness first aid.
Sarita Adhikari
Sarita Adhikari is from Dhading and has been working in the industry since 2010. She is handling all domestic and international ticketing and hotel reservations.
Rajesh Khanal
Rajesh is from a remote village of Gorkha District. He started his career with the keen interest of working in Tourism as a trekking porter.
Rajesh is born in Arupokhari 07 Gorkha, a natural amphitheater. He spends his childhood in Arughat the main trail of Manaslu Trekking. Every day he meets different foreigner in the Arughat, which impressed him and after complete school level education came in Kathmandu for his further study and work with the foreigner. Once he earned his bachelor degree then joined Hotel Radisson as the waiter. During his year of Hotel services, Rajesh served not only as a waiter but also the part of guest interaction and relation.
In addition, Rajesh has spent five years in Korea, where he has learned the Korean Culture, Language. Finally, he back to Nepal and decided to become a tourist guide, to help to expose the beauty of Nepal in the world. And, being the tourist guide he easily takes over the Korean tourist as well with the fluent language.
The interest could not compress inside so finally, he started to learn Tourist Guiding course in National Academy of Travel and Hotel Management (NATHM), at Ravibhawan Kathmandu and became the tour leader and trek leader for Nepal.
A good-looking, handsome Rajesh, always impress the clients with gesturing and the capacity of attracting the tourist, give the detail packages of information about the Nepal history, culture, and religion of Nepal.
Ang Phuri Sherpa
Ang Phuri Sherpa is working with Broad Adventure (P.) Ltd as a trekking cook since the company is established. He is an experienced trekking cook and has excellent knowledge about the camping trek. Previously, he used to also work as an assistant guide and now he has been upgraded to a Trekking Guide. He speaks good English and he has successfully participated the trekking guide training held by Nepal government and he will soon be upgraded to a trekking guide. He has been most of the trekking routes in Nepal and he always receive good comments from our clients about his good knowledge as a trekking guide also about his knowledge about cooking and kitchen management as a Camping cook. He is born in Solukhumbu District of Nepal, in Everest region and he started his career as a kitchen helper when he was just 15 years old.
Khilanath Regmi
Khilnath is a professional government license holder trekking leader of Nepal. He has started his carrier as trekking porter and became a successful leader.
Khila was born in the northwest district of Nepal, in Gorkha. The outstanding view of Manaslu and Ganesh Himalaya range inspired him to become closer with the mountain. Once he over his school level then moved to Kathmandu in order to complete his study and for work. He joined the industry since 2010; his passion, dedication, and an energetic, dynamic role made him a perfect leader of Nepal. He has achieved the training of First Aid, AMS, and Responsible Tourism.
Khem Raj Tiwari
Mr Tiwari is another enthusiastic staff of our company. He joined Broad Adventure as a trekking porter when he was 18 years and now he is upgraded to the post of trekking Guide. He speaks good English and he has successfully participated the trekking guide training held by Nepal government. Besides the trekking his hobby is singing and he has launched some albums and some of them become popular among the youngsters. He easily can impress everyone from his politeness, smiling face and dedication on his job. He is always keen to learn something new.
Rajkumar Gurung
Mr. Raj Kumar is one of the most energetic government certified trekking guide of our company who was born in March 1993 at Thumi, Gorkha. He joined Broad Adventure in 2015 and has contributed a lot to our company. He was born in the area of Manaslu circuit due to which his interest towards trekking increased.
