Bardia National Park, situated in Mid-Western region of Nepal covering an area of 968 sq. km, is the largest national park in Terai region of Nepal. Bardiya National park is the most undisturbed wilderness area in Nepal and provides an excellent habitat for many endangered species of wild animals. One horned Rhinoceros, Wild elephant, Royal Bengal Tiger, Marsh mugger crocodile, Swamp deer, Gharial crocodile, Gangetic dolphin, Bengal florican and Sarus crane are the main species of wild-lives inhabitant of this area. Bardiya national park was established in 1988 with the main objective of conserving a representative ecosystem of the mid-Western Terai of Nepal, particularly focused on conserving the royal Bengal Tiger and its prey species of this region.
Day 01 :Drive or fly to Nepalgunj and transfer to Bardiya National Park.
Day 02 :Full day jungle activities, jungle excursion tour and elephant back safari.
Day 03 :Full day jungle excursion tour in Bardiya national Park.
Day 04 :Departure from Bardiya national Park; fly or drive back to Kathmandu or onward destination.
