Top of the world, Third pole, Peak XV, Chhomolongma, Sagarmatha, and Everest are the names of the first highest peak of the world. The trek to Everest Base Camp on the Nepal side is one of the most popular trekking routes in the Himalayas and is visited by thousands of trekkers each year. This famous trek offers breathtaking mountain panorama with full of inspiration. This trip includes the panoramic view from Kalapatther, Khumbu glacier, Tengboche monastery etc. Hike up to Kala Patther and hiking on Khumbu glacier to reach your final goal is the most challenging part of your whole trip. The highest point of this trekking is Kalapatther which is 5555 meters above sea level from where the stunning view of Mt. Everest is anticipating your arrival on this your most waited pretty spot.Short Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu Airport (1340 masl) and trip information. Overnight at hotel.Day 02: Rest and preparation day in Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (Tenzing and Hillary airport at the altitude of 2800masl) in the morning and trek 3hours to Phakding (2640masl). Overnight at lodge
Day 04: Trek 6 hours to Namche Bazaar (3440masl). Overnight at Lodge.
Day 05: Hike up to Everest View Hotel (3880masl) for acclimatization and back to Namche. Overnight at lodge.
Day 06: Trek 6 hours to Tengboche (3868masl), visit Tengboche monastery in the evening. Overnight at lodge.
Day 07: Trek 6 hours to Dingboche (4410masl). Overnight at lodge.
Day 08: Hike up to Nangkarsang Peak (5100masl) after breakfast for acclimatization and back to Dingboche. Overnight at lodge.
Day 09: Trek 5 hours to Lobuche (4910masl). Overnight at lodge.
Day 10: Trek 5 hours to Everest Base Camp (5360masl) via Gorakshep and back 3 hours to Gorakshep (5180masl). Overnight at lodge.
Day 11: Climb up to Kalapatthar early in the morning and back to Gorakshep 3 hours then trek another 4 hours down to Pheriche (4200masl) total 7 hours. Overnight at lodge.
Day 12: Trek 6 hours to Namche Bazaar. Overnight at lodge.
Day 13: Trek 7 hours to Lukla. Overnight at lodge.
Day 14: Fly out from Lukla to Kathmandu in the morning. Free whole afternoon. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 15: A full day Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley and farewell Dinner with family. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 16: Transfer to international airport for your final Departure.

Itinerary Detail
Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu Airport (1340 m) and trip information. Overnight at hotel.The airport representative of Broad Adventure will be waiting for your arrival with a play card on their hand containing your name and you will be transferred to your Hotel by private car/van/bus which takes about 20 minutes from Airport to your Hotel. He/she will inform you about the trip and fix the appointment with your Trekking leader for next afternoon.
Day 02: Rest and preparation day in Kathmandu.
The day starts with a slow and easy morning. The day is for rest after your long journey to Nepal and to prepare for your trip, for example to sort out the things you may need during the trekking. In the morning not much to do but in the afternoon your trekking guide will meet you and gives detail information about your trip. If you need any help, feel free to ask with your guide, he would be happy to settle your problem.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (Tenzing and Hillary airport at the altitude of 2800masl) in the morning and trek 3hours to Phakding (2640masl).
Tour trek begins here at Tenzing and Hillary Airport at Lukla (2804m), leaving early in the morning from your hotel in Kathmandu, carrying a box of packed breakfast provided by your hotel which you ordered previous night. On your arrival at the Lukla airport after35 minute scenic flight from Kathmandu, you will be introduced with your porters, who are eagerly waiting for your arrival, and your guide will brief shortly about today before we begin our trek towards Phakding (2610m).
Here, now you have some spare time to explore the town and probably you would like to take some pictures of the shortest and most technical air strip in the world, while the small planes are landing and taking off. Then we begin our trek walking along the Dudh Kosi River, descends gently until Thado Koshi and passing through Chaurikharka and Ghat, to approach Phakding. Overnight at lodge.
Day 04- Trek 6 hours to Namche Bazaar (3440masl).
Now we head on to Namche Bazaar, walking along the bank of the Dudh koshi river, crossing Dudh Koshi river many times on exciting suspension bridges laden with prayer flags. After entering Sagamartha National Park, the trail climbs steeply with breathtaking views. Namche Bazaar known as the Gateway to Everest which is home to many quality restaurants, hotels, lodges, shops, Money exchange, internet cafe and a bakery. Namche is one of the biggest villages along the whole Everest trail. Overnight at lodge.
Day 05: Hike up to Everest View Hotel (3880masl) for acclimatization and back to Namche.
Day begins with nice and easy morning. We are spending here one more night to be acclimatized. After your breakfast we hike up to the Everest view Hotel from where you can enjoy 360 degree view of Himalaya including Everest, Passing through the Syangboche airport(3700m), spend about an hour at the hotel with a cup of drink and back to Namche Bazaar for your lunch. Now you are free for whole afternoon to explore the town by your own. Overnight at lodge.
Day 06: Trek 6 hours to Tengboche (3868masl), visit Tengboche monastery in the evening.
We head towards to Tengboche at the elevation of 3868m, 15 minutes up to Chorkyang as a starter, the trek continues along the western slope of Dodh Koshi River enjoying the magnificent views of the mountains and drop down Funki Tenga at the elevation of 3200m, where you are stopping for lunch, and steep ascend after lunch to approach the famous Tengboche Monastery. Now here you are at the Tengboche monastery, Standimg on the top of the hill offering the stunning views of Himalayan panorama blessing you for your success, where Hillary And Tenzin get blessed on way to their historical summit of Mt. Everest. The regular prayer ceremony in the Monastery commence at around 3-4 in the evening where you will be taken to observe the ceremony. Stay overnight at lodge.
Day 07:Trek 6 hours to Dingboche (4410masl).
From Tengboche the trail drops down to Debuche, walking along the dense rhododendron forest, and crosses a modern iron bridge on the Imja Khola from where the trail rises to Pangboche passing by several Mani walls and Manis. The trail continues gently up to Somare, where we are stopping for lunch, and another 2 hours gentle up to Dingboche which offers you superb views of Lhotse, Island Peak, and Ama Dablam. Stay overnight at Lodge.
Day 08- Hike up to Nangkarsang Peak (5100masl) after breakfast for acclimatization and back to Dingboche.
Today is your second acclimatization day of your trek being first in Namche Bazaar earlier. After your breakfast we hike up to Nangkarsang peak (5100m), from where your first sight of mount Makalu and 360 degree view of Himalayas are available, and back to Dingboche. Whole afternoon after your lunch is free; you may wish to explore the town by your own.
Day 09- Trek 5 hours to Lobuche (4910masl).
Today we are continuing for Lobuche, gaining 500m vertical height, begins with 15wminutes steep up to a Chorten and the trail climbs through the valley gradually to Dugla at the end of the terminal moraine of the Khumbu Glacier.  An hour steep climb pulls you up to the emotional ridge where there are hundreds of memorials in praise to the climbers who have died in this region and from where we will find ourselves surrounding by beautiful peaks. Again the trail climbs gradually to Lobuche, a small town with just a few lodges, from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of sun set on Nuptse. Stay overnight at Lodge.
Day 10- Trek 5 hours to Everest Base Camp (5360masl) via Gorakshep and back 3 hours to Gorakshep (5180masl).
Your trekking is getting harder and harder as you are getting close to your goal. Today is for the Everest base camp, your most awaited dream land, begins early in the morning from Lobuche to Gorakshep walking along the left side of the well-known Khumbu glacier and after having lunch at Gorakshep we march on to Everest base camp which takes about 5 hours round trip from Gorakshep. Head back to Gorakshep after enjoying the spectacular view of Khumbu Icefall. Stay overnight at Lodge.
Day 11- Climb up to Kalapatthar (5555masl) early in the morning and back to Gorakshep 3 hours then trek another 4 hours down to Pheriche (4200masl) total 7 hours.
Today is another tough but one of the most precious days of your trekking. The day begins with the steep ascend to Kalapatthar, a small peak which has the most magnificent views of the mountains together with the closest view of Everest, though the climbing is demanding but it is rewarding too. Now it is time to descend to Pheriche via Gorakshep picking our stuff up from there, taking slightly different route from Dugla to Pheriche. Stay overnight at Lodge.
Day 12- Trek 6 hours to Namche Bazaar. Overnight at lodge.
Today we are heading down to Namche Bazaar, taking almost the same route we took on our ascending, passing through the tengboche monastery where you may wish to have a piece of fresh baked bakery. Stay overnight at lodge.
Day 13- Trek 7 hours to Lukla. Overnight at lodge.
Today we are walking all the way to Lukla from where you had started your trek, stopping in Phakding for lunch, to finish your great trip to Everest Base Camp and Kalapatthar. The night may take a place as a party night. Stay overnight at lodge.
Day 14- Fly out from Lukla to Kathmandu in the morning. Free whole afternoon. Stay overnight at Hotel.
Finally you have completed your great trip. Flying out to Kathmandu enjoying 35minutes scenic flight is extraordinary too. Relaxed afternoon in Kathmandu. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 15- A full day Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley and farewell Dinner with family.
Pashupatinath Temple
Situated 5 kilometers east of Kathmandu City, Pashupatinath temple is one of the holiest temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated amidst a lush green natural setting on the bank of the sacred Bagmati river, the temple built in pagoda style has jilted roof and richly carved silver doors. Visitors will be permitted to view the temple from the east bank of Bagmati River, entrance in the temple being strictly forbidden to all non Hindus. Pashupatinath is the centre of annual pilgrimage on the day of shivaratri which falls in the month of February/March. Behind the temple are the cremation grounds.
Boudhanath Stupa
This Stupa, 8 kilometers east of Kathmandu City, is one of the biggest in the world of its kind. It stands with four pairs of eyes in the four cardinal direction keeping watch for righteous behavior and human prosperity. This Buddhist Stupa was built by King Man Deva at the advice of the Goddess Mani Jogini. It is built on an octagonal base inset with prayer wheels. The shrine is ringed by houses of Lamas or Buddhist priest.
Swayambhunath Stupa
Swayambhunath is located approximately 4 kilometers and this Buddhist Stupa is said to be 2000 years old. The Stupa which forms the main structure is composed of a solid hemisphere of brick and earth supporting a lofty conical spire capped by a pinnacle of copper gilt. Painted on the four sided base of the spire are the all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. This hill is a mosaic of small Chaityas and Pagoda temples.
Patan Durbar Square
Patan Durbar Square, like its counterpart in Kathmandu, is an enchanting mélange of palace buildings, artistic courtyards and graceful pagoda temples. Listed as a World Heritage Site, the former royal palace complex is the center of Patan’s religious and social life, and houses a museum containing an array of bronze statues and religious objects. One remarkable monument here is a 17th-century temple dedicated to the Hindu god Krishna, built entirely of stone
