Langtang Gosainkunda trek, a trip to High Mountain holy Lake dedicated to Hindu God Shiva in Langtang region of Nepal Himalaya, combines the spectacular Langtang valley with its itinerary. Gosainkunda, the holy Lake, has a significant religious value in both Hindu and Buddhist religion which plays an important role to keep warm relation between two religions. This amazing trekking route offers the outstanding Himalayan panorama from most of the places throughout the trek. Langtang Gosainkunda is the nearest area from Kathmandu to experience the perfect highland wilderness which known as the habitat of rare red pandas and various ethnic communities. Langtang Gosainkunda area is one of the famous areas for bird-watching. Diversity on landscape, flora and fauna, culture, religion and people, this trekking route consider as combination of nature and culture.
