Gokyo valley trek is one of the most beautiful trekking routes in Nepal which offers a more serene view of eastern Himalaya and Mount Everest from Gokyo Ri. The beautiful Gokyo Lake, stunning view of Himalayan panorama from Gokyo Ri, the largest Ngozumpa glacier, diverse flora and fauna and the rich Sherpa culture are the major attractions of this hiking route. Gokyo valley is considerably quieter and un-spoilt compare to the busiest Everest base camp route.

Climbing Gokyo Ri is the highlight of this entire trip which offers the stunning views of the Himalaya. Four Himalayan giants above eight thousands meters can be viewed from this spot; they are Mt. Makalu 8363m, Mt. Lhotse 8516m, Mt. Everest 8848m and Cho Oyu 8201m.
