Are you travelling with a group or you are a solo traveler? Nepal government doesn't grant trekking permit to solo traveler to trek into the restricted area, there should be minimum of two person to get trekking permit. Needs to join with a registered trekking and hire trekking guide and porters.

5. Langtang Valley Trek

Overview

Langtang Valley trek is easy and and one of the nearest trekking rout from Kathmandu. Langtang area was totally destroyed by the Massive Earthquake in April 2015. Although, many tea-houses has been rebuilt in most of the villages in recent days, this trekking route is quieter than other routes compare to the years before the Earthquake.
